A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

When my daughter was diagnosed with diabetes in the fall of 1999, I had many concerns. One of these was to have a low blood sugar "Reaction Kit" in her classroom. I wondered how it could be quickly & easily identified if it was needed - - that is why I designed this tag. I felt that if it contained her photo it would be easier for anyone to find. I have donated many of these tags to parents with the same concern through our local children's hospital. with all the positive feedback I have received, I would now like to make the tags available in more areas

With the words "Diabetic Reaction Kit" stitched on the tag and your child's picture prominently displayed, your reaction kit can quickly be identified when the items you have placed in it are required.

A child's snack bag can easily be changed into a "Diabetic Reaction Kit" by pinning, stitching or stapling this tag on the outside.

Each tag measures approximately 4"X6" and will hold a standard wallet size photo.

Tags can be personalized with a name stitched down the right side upon request.

Tags stitched on a bag are also available.

These bags are large enough to hold a couple of juice boxes, instructions, & glucose tablets, but yet are small enough to be easily placed on a teachers desk or in their supply cupboard Top of bag closes easily with Velcro.
